NOTICE -2 February 2023
In accordance to the 15 day notice requirements of the NPDES Permit, Section VII-B, Waterworks Aquatic Management, Inc. intends to utilize the following algaecide and aquatic herbicides in lakes it manages, in Region 5 of California, to control algae and vegetation. The first day of application is set to be February 17th for the 2023 treatment season, that generally goes through October 31st.

- Clipper…Water use restriction of 1 day for irrigation of turf/food crops.
- Cutrine-Plus/Cutrine-Ultra…No water use restrictions.
- Cygnet Select/Dye…No water use restrictions.
- Alligare…Water use restriction of 120 days for irrigation of turf/food crops.
- Komeen Crystal…No water use restrictions.
- Renovate…Water use restrictions of 7-120 days for irrigation of turf/food crops.
- Seclear…No water use restrictions.
- Sonar/Fluridone…Water use restriction of 0-30 days for irrigation of turf/food crops.
- Tribune/Reward/Diquat…Water use restriction of 3-5 days for irrigation of turf/food crops.
